Below you will find the different levels of service we provide.

Drop Off Service

Your meal will be ready to eat, buffet style with aluminum pans and aluminum lids. Depending on items can be delivered in Round Plastic Thermoform Catering Tray with High Dome Lid

Full-Service Buffet

The serving Staff provided, will serve your guests from behind the buffet table while keeping the integrity & quality of the food and beverages. We will bus your guests’ tables and remove trash. Tables, linens, platters, stainless steel chafing dishes, and beverage dispensers, will be provided to maintain proper serving temperatures

Family Style Dinner Service

Your meals will be brought to your table on serving platters, bowls, trays, etc... and placed on your table so that you and your guests can serve yourselves family style. Once each course is finished, your platters, bowls, trays, etc... will be removed and replaced with your next course until your meal is concluded.

BBQ/GRILL COOK

I will mandate the grill, cook the food ( supplied by client ) to proper health code temp , and clean grill when finished.

Personal chef

If you are wanting a romantic dinner at home or at a special location. I will cook on site.

Cooking Lessons

Where the art of food creation and presentation are taught hands on, in the comfort of your own home. you will learn - prep, seasoning, cooking techniques, and plating.
